A clue is wrong or unsafe

Use “All gone” for an ordinary shelf change. Use the Report button for a wrong item or store, a false or repeated clue, personal information, or unsafe content. The report goes to a private adult-only Clue Review queue. A reviewer can close the report, hide the clue from every family map, or finish a prior review. The system does not attach the reporter’s account identity to the review record.

Your account or private data

The account owner can use the self-service deletion page. This is still a private preview; use the owner contact who shared it for other questions. A verified public support email must be live before the app accepts paying customers.

Immediate safety

Leave the situation, tell a trusted adult, and contact the store or local emergency services when appropriate. Squish Scout is not an emergency service.

Not yet a public support channel: this page states the true launch boundary instead of inventing an address that is not monitored. Community posting stays private until named adults cover the review queue and appeal path.
